The 360 version of the Energy Leadership Index™ (ELI), takes it one step farther, by letting others rate you according to their observations of you! By doing a 360, you can understand how you are seen through others' eyes, and how well your intentions and image come across. More importantly, the information you receive from your raters offers you many more opportunities to improve your performance on the job, as well as to improve your leadership skills.
Here is how it works:
You pick 10, up to 25 raters. These can be anyone in your organization, friends, or family that you would like to assess you.
Once I have those names, I send out the ELI Assessment to you, and the 360 Assessment to all raters.
I will then compile all the information and we schedule a debrief to go over the combined results to show you how your view of yourself compares to those around you.
We then come up with a plan to get you creating the change you want to see in yourself to be the most effective, powerful and positive leader!
